What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email if you give it, your booking or request details and notes, and your address if the service is at your place (and your map location if you pick it).

Why

To confirm and provide your booking, remind you of it and contact you about it, and to protect the shop from fake orders. No marketing messages without your consent.

Who sees it

Our team and the ezisite platform that runs this website. ezisite stores and processes the data only on our behalf, with its hosting, email and notification providers, some of them outside Egypt. We never sell your data.

The site uses only cookies needed to sign you in to your account. Visits are counted as totals, with nothing that identifies you.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and booking records as long as accounting, warranty and legal duties require.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) you may ask to see and get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it (except what the law requires us to keep), and stop any messages you agreed to. Contact us using the details on our contact page. If we can't resolve it, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Center.
